Return and Exchange Policy

Final Sale Items: All custom orders, made-to-size, personalized garments, and items purchased on clearance or sale are final sales. Please check sizing carefully, especially for adult sizes. Women's US sizes 12 and above are not returnable.

Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. To begin the process, please send an email to sales@mimossa.ca for return approval. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags and scrunchies (if applicable) attached. You are responsible for all shipping fees and any applicable duties. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items will be inspected upon return, and you will be notified about the status of your return. Please note, we do offer store credit for returns; no refunds will be issued.

Hygiene Restrictions: Items with removed hygienic liners are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges, provided the customer agrees to pay all associated shipping fees.

Manufacturing Defects

Customers must report any manufacturing defects within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a defect claim, items must be unworn and retain all original tags. Please initiate your claim by sending an email to sales@mimossa.ca, including details of the defect.

Wear and Tear

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, which may include:

  • Loss of embellishments
  • Snags in fabrics
  • Cracking of vinyl
  • Running or fading of colors and metallic finishes due to sweating or washing

Pilling

Pilling may occur when our products come into contact with rough surfaces, such as grips, floor mats, bars, and Velcro. We cannot replace or repair garments that experience pilling.
