Free shipping within Canada for orders over $150 and will be shipped using Expedited Parcel which will have a tracking number. After an order has been shipped, we have no control over Canada Post timings for delivering your order. 

Please note that "Lettermail" orders have no insurance and no tracking number from Canada Post. "We are not responsible for lost items when this shipping method is selected". Also be aware this type of mail might take a long time to arrive and there is no way for us to follow up with Canada Post on status. We can't provide an ETA of arrival
